Press Release October 2005
Back to School for Horses!

Event:  Highly successful Equestrian Centre & Riding School moves to new premises in Badshot Lea

There was great excitement recently when Elly & John Hierons and their livery customers and riding school ponies moved en masse to new premises in the heart of Badshot Lea.  As well as the long standing professional and caring team, 8 horses, 6 ponies and 2 dogs all made the journey, arriving triumphantly to their new home in the charming grounds of Badshot Lea Equestrian Centre.  The horses have had a summer holiday and are now settling into their new homes.

Elly & John Hierons, Owners of the centre, which has a floodlit arena and great potential for a cross country course, said "We’re delighted to be settled in and that it all went so smoothly.  There’s excellent hacking and we’re looking forward to exploring it with new clients.  We welcome adults as well as kids, from new starters to advanced riders”.  Elly is also excited about the fun areas they are due to develop, saying “We’ve got an orchard with 2000 apple trees and are going to make it into a safe and fun pony trail among the trees!  There’s also the gallop we are hoping to open up”.

The consistent and friendly staff, who have worked together for 6 years, are planning regular events.  Elly and Teri and both very experienced and qualified instructors and are happy to teach kids and adults of all levels.  If you would like an events calendar, contact them on 01252 312 838 or email them on info@badshotleaequestrian.co.uk.  It's fun, healthy and rewarding and may be a new way for you of keeping fit and getting some fresh air!
