Neighbour Problems?

We offer a service where mediators help people explore and resolve issues with their neighbours.  Over 85% of our mediated cases end positively for all involved.  Issues such as noise, antisocial behaviour, clash of lifestyles, parking and property disputes can be worked through so that all understand each other better, stresses are relieved and acceptable agreements are made.

Without the added time, expense and stress that legal intervention may add, isn't it better to work through things so that anxieties and upsets can be resolved rather than someone 'laying down the law'?
